The Building Survey

Formerly known as the Structural Survey, this is the most thorough, comprehensive, and informative report we provide.

This is suitable for all residences, but is perhaps most appropriate for larger and older houses observed to be in poorer condition where guidance is required as to repair costings.

The client will receive an in-depth report particularly tailored to the individual property, and setting out constructional details, defects, remedial works required, and "plus points."

We spend considerable time in close examination of the building and The Building Survey will inform the buyer whether or not they are purchasing a potential minefield or are making a sound investment. Cost approximately £600 or more (plus VAT) depending upon the size and age of the house.
